These fresh carrots are super simple.

You know by now that I just love fresh veggies. For this dish you will need 10 fresh good size carrots.
Peel and cut the carrots as you like. I prefer these little sticks.
You will also need honey, fresh lemon juice and purple grapes.
Get your carrots cooking in a large skillet with a lid. Add two cups of water and three tablespoons of butter. Simmer the carrots over medium heat until they start to soften. About 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of honey.
Continue to simmer the carrots, about 10-15 minutes more.When your carrots are done to your likeness, stir in the juice of one lemon and one cup of purple grapes.
