Thirty-Five Years Ago
At the age of seventeen, Anthony started to work at R&S Meats, Quality Beef & Poultry. At that time the shop was a traditional butcher, carrying quality products, mainly beef, chicken and pork.
Anthony became a partner of the shop in 1995 and continued to learn the trade of butchery. Over the years he has had the privilege of serving several generations of Long Island families.
Nineteen Years Ago
In 2005, Anthony and Keri purchased the remaining portion of the business, and started to transition the butcher shop to a gourmet market.
Over the years, the market has changed, but our dedication to quality and service has remained steadfast.

Today, we welcome you to follow our journey as we curate our Prime Butcher Shop with the best of the best. Our son Anthony Jr. will join us in the business on a daily basis now. We challenge ourselves to become even better with age.
